Summary

EMVISESA is procuring ongoing tax assistance, consultancy and advisory services covering the activities and business of the municipal housing company, including tax filings, corporate income tax and VAT matters, invoicing, tax compliance, audits and administrative proceedings. Where required, the service also includes legal representation in tax-related proceedings, up to five court cases per year. The contract has no lots, starts on 9 January 2027 for 12 months and may be extended for up to three additional one-year periods.
