Production and organisation services for the Coimbra BD 2027 Festival

The Municipality of Coimbra is procuring production and organisation services for the Coimbra BD 2027 Festival. The work covers developing the event concept and visual identity, maintaining the website and social media, planning the programme and coordinating participants, marketing, arranging guests’ travel, accommodation and catering, producing graphics and signage, and sourcing the equipment and services required. The contractor is also responsible for the complete production, installation, delivery and dismantling of the event. The programme must include comics, cosplay, film and television, video games, family and children’s activities, games, workshops, exhibitions and an international cosplay competition. The festival will take place at Convento São Francisco; installation is scheduled for 26–29 April 2027, the festival for 30 April–2 May, and dismantling for 3 May 2027. The estimated maximum price is EUR 56,910.56 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 10 October 2026; variant bids are not permitted.
