Design, printing and delivery of two aviation books

Summary

Fundación ENAIRE is seeking services to design, lay out, prepare for printing, print, bind, package and deliver two aviation books. The books cover the history of air transport in Spain from 1941 to 1993 and supersonic air transport. The order is for 300 copies of each title, 600 in total, as well as digital book files. Thirty-five copies of each book must be delivered to its author, with the remaining 530 copies delivered to Fundación ENAIRE’s headquarters in Madrid. The book layouts are due by 16 November 2026 and final delivery by 16 December 2026. The contract runs for two months. The first book is approximately 564 pages and the second 160 pages. Technical requirements include image prepress, high-quality offset printing, thread-sewn binding and PUR adhesive binding. The estimated contract value is EUR 14,000 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is EUR 14,560 including VAT. Price is worth up to 75 points; the technical plan, team and company equipment are worth up to 25 points. A minimum of 12.5 points in the technical assessment is required for the price offer to be evaluated. Offers exceeding the budget ceiling will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit a compliant technical plan and price offer.
