The procurement covers environmentally responsible cleaning of the school buildings, rooms, facilities and equipment at Institut Cristòfol Despuig in Tortosa. The service includes daily cleaning, weekly and annual tasks for the different areas, provision of supplies and cleaning equipment, waste collection, and replenishment of toilet paper and soap. Cleaning must not disrupt the school’s normal activities. Two workers will provide the service: one for 5 hours and the other for 4 hours per day, totalling 9 hours a day over 188 working days, or 1,692 hours per year. The technical proposal must describe the work plan, quality checks and products meeting the environmental requirements. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% and civil-liability insurance of at least EUR 600,000.
