Creative and advertising services for the Christmas campaign promoting local products

Summary

The tender covers the planning and delivery of a 2026 Christmas campaign to encourage consumption of local Canary Islands food products. It is divided into five independently awardable lots: campaign creativity and production of materials (€30,000); planning and purchase of television advertising (€48,000); radio advertising (€48,000); print and digital press advertising (€30,000); and social media and other digital advertising, including programmatic advertising (€44,000). The total budget is €200,000 excluding IGIC and €214,000 including tax. Depending on the lot, the work includes creating a creative concept and channel-ready advertising materials, or preparing media plans, negotiating and buying advertising space, launching and monitoring the campaign, and documenting its results. The campaign will run across the Canary Islands; connected television and digital radio are excluded from the digital-media lot. The contract runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026. Creative materials must be delivered by 27 November, and the initial planned advertising period is 7–21 December 2026. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable project experience, with an alternative experience route available to companies established less than five years ago. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the relevant lot’s budget excluding IGIC. Depending on the lot, award evaluation considers creative quality and price or proposed advertising results such as GRPs, broadcast counts, press insertions, impressions and video views.
