Support and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution

Summary

The tender seeks comprehensive support, maintenance and functional development of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution used by SERVEIS MEDIAMBIENTALS DE LA SELVA NORA, SA. The work includes 80 hours per year of preventive maintenance and environment administration, 200 hours of corrective maintenance and technical-functional user support, 50 hours of minor enhancements, and 30 hours of service management, totalling 360 maintenance hours annually. A further 4,500-hour allowance is planned for new developments, estimated at 900 hours per year: e-invoicing adaptations, digital invoicing for waste collection centres, case-management improvements, an equipment and workshop management application, analysis and implementation of corporate SharePoint environments, a service data and indicator register, and a service and route management application. The work requires expertise in Business Central, AL development, integrations, Power Platform and solution architecture. The initial contract term is three years, with a possible two-year extension, up to five years in total. The estimated hourly rate is €85 excluding VAT. The budget for the initial three years is €321,300 excluding VAT and €388,773 including VAT. The estimated total contract value, including possible extensions and modifications, is €599,760 excluding VAT. Payment is based on hours actually performed. Bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capacity and provide a team covering at least the three required roles.
