Tree pruning in public spaces in Corral de Almaguer

Summary

The contract covers pruning municipal trees in public spaces in Corral de Almaguer and felling trees that are dead, diseased or at risk of falling. The work includes remedial pruning, removal of dry branches, clearance of low branches, and removal of felled trees and all resulting waste. The pruning schedule covers municipal streets, parks and sports facilities; felling is planned, among other places, at the cemetery, on Camino la Ermita, along Río Riansares Avenue and at the municipal sports facilities. Tree quantities are approximate. The work must be completed within one month of contract signature. The tender budget is €24,000 excluding VAT, or €29,040 including VAT. Price carries up to 90 points; up to 10 points are available for an improvement consisting of removing dry and low branches and pruning 50 mulberry trees in San Juan Pablo II Park. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish. The bidder must provide an experienced team of at least two people, the necessary equipment and professional indemnity insurance of at least €40,000, or a binding undertaking to take out that insurance if awarded the contract.
