Connect your AI agent or business tool to Euroopahanked.ee to search tenders, review contract information and check billing details through a secure API.
Connect ChatGPT
Euroopahanked currently connects to ChatGPT as a manually added MCP server. It is not yet listed in the public plugin directory. Never paste tokens, passwords or connection codes into a conversation.
- Open ChatGPT Settings → Security and login → Developer mode. Availability depends on your account and workspace policies.
- Open the plugins page and select the plus button: ChatGPT Plugins
- Choose an unused connection name, such as Euroopahanked. Select Connection → Server URL and enter:
https://www.euroopahanked.ee/mcp - Select Authentication → OAuth. Under Advanced OAuth settings, select Dynamic Client Registration (DCR). You do not need to enter a client ID, client secret or manually created API token.
- Create the connection. When prompted to link your account, sign in on the Euroopahanked website, select your company and approve access. You will return to ChatGPT.
- Start a new conversation and add the connection from the tools menu. For example, ask for construction tenders in Estonia and the details of one result. Revoke access in your company profile integrations view when needed; reconnect if access expires.
If you see 'Connector name already exists', choose another name or manage the existing connection. The CIMD unavailable message does not prevent DCR from working. If Developer mode is missing, check your ChatGPT account or workspace permissions.

REST API and MCPTender search
The agent helps find tenders that fit your company by keyword, CPV code, country and deadline, bringing the most relevant opportunities forward faster.
Controlled details
When a result looks promising, the agent can open the details and collect the information needed for a decision: buyer, deadline, CPV, description and participation signals.
Document-based questions
For supported registries, the agent can ask follow-up questions based on tender documents, such as technical requirements, forms or participation conditions.
Company context
The agent works with your company's access and keeps answers tied to your company's interests and search direction.
Other agents and REST API
- An agent supporting our device-code protocol starts the connection and provides an approval link or short code. This is separate from ChatGPT OAuth setup.
- Open the agent's link or select 'Enter agent connection code' here. Sign in, select your company and approve the connection.
- The agent receives its token automatically after approval. For manual setup, create a token in your company profile integrations view and enter it in the tool's secure authentication field.
- Manual and device-code tokens work with REST API and MCP. Tokens obtained through ChatGPT OAuth are MCP-only. Revoke access from the company profile.
Safe for your company
- CPV listings and tender and contract searches are public. Details, document questions and billing information require approved access.
- You can stop the connection at any time without changing your agent or account setup.
- Detail requests follow usage limits and company service entitlements. Connecting does not grant unlimited access or start automatic tender monitoring.
- If you need larger data volumes or dedicated B2B API use, we can agree on a setup that fits your company.
