Technical production and auxiliary support services for the 2027 Three Kings events

Summary

The Municipality of Vigo is procuring technical production and auxiliary support services for its 2027 Three Kings events, including the static event, parade and reception on 5 January, as well as visits to up to five hospitals or care centres. The single, unloted contract covers event infrastructure, sound and lighting, barriers, transport, characterisation and costume support for the Three Kings’ entourage, distribution of sweets and gifts, and the supervision and handover of participating children to their guardians.
