Medina del Campo Hospital is procuring a single, non-lotted service to manage and digitise its off-site medical-record archive and to store and manage related clinical and administrative documents. The scope covers approximately 109,000 existing medical records occupying about 2,200 linear metres, plus around 360 linear metres of administrative records; the service also includes quarterly intake of new records, on-demand digitisation of up to 72 medical-record requests per year, and operation of a hospital digitisation platform. The initial contract term is 48 months.
