Installation and dismantling service for the exhibition “Spanish Milan (1535–1706)”

Summary

The Museo Nacional del Prado is procuring one integrated service to prepare, produce, install, maintain and dismantle the exhibition design for “Spanish Milan (1535–1706)” in rooms A–B and C of the Jerónimos building. The exhibition is expected to bring together approximately 160 works and will be open from 8 June to 26 September 2027. The service includes exhibition furniture and display elements, lighting and electrical installations, artwork supports and framing, conservation and security devices, graphics, transport, and assistance with installing or dismantling works requiring contractor-provided supports; the artworks’ general installation and removal are excluded. The contract has no lots, runs for approximately eight and a half months, and has a maximum budget of €350,000 excluding VAT (€423,500 including VAT).
