Organisation of the Xirivella Gaming technology and video game event

Summary

The Municipality of Xirivella is procuring the organisation and delivery of Xirivella Gaming, a technology and video game event for teenagers and young people. The event will run on two consecutive days between 28 and 30 December 2026, with at least 14 hours of public activity, and will include gaming stations, virtual reality, driving simulators, tournaments and a technology-themed escape room. The contract also covers event coordination, registration and access management, equipment transport and setup, event graphics and a final participation report. The minimum tender budget is €8,000 including VAT; the contract is not divided into lots.
