Reprographic printing service for the Court of Auditors’ Fuencarral headquarters

Summary

The Spanish Court of Auditors is procuring a five-year reprographic printing service for its Fuencarral headquarters, with no contract lots. The service includes two new machines for A4 and A3 colour and monochrome printing, copying, scanning and binding, together with installation, software, maintenance, repairs, consumables other than paper, and full toner management. Annual volumes cover 220,000 monochrome A4 pages, 15,000 monochrome A3 pages, 150,000 colour A4/A3 pages (25% high density) and 15,000 colour-card pages; scanning and binding are unlimited.
