Services for preparing transfer pricing reports

Summary

Ineco is procuring professional services to prepare and update independent transfer-pricing reports and related documentation for its group entities. The scope includes one annual Master File update for Spain and 18 Country File updates per fiscal year from 2025, with up to three first-time Country Files for new jurisdictions during the contract and any extensions. On-demand specialist tax and transfer-pricing advice is also included. The contract is for 12 months, with possible extensions of up to 36 months, and is not divided into lots.
