Studies of the economic impact and dependence of the Asturian port system on the Asturian economy

Summary

Puertos del Estado is procuring an integrated set of studies on the economic impact of Asturias’s general-interest port system and the Asturian economy’s dependence on port activity. The work includes field research and a census to identify the port sector in the regional input-output table, economic impact and dependence studies, and assistance coordinating related studies by the port authorities of Gijón and Avilés. The contract has no lots, runs for 18 months, and has a maximum budget of €120,000 excluding VAT.
