Cleaning services for the ISEG campus

Summary

The Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG) in Lisbon is procuring cleaning services for its campus for an initial 12 months, with one possible 12-month extension, up to 24 months in total. The contract is divided into two lots: Quelhas buildings 2, 4 and 6, the annex and the library; and the Francesinhas school buildings, Modules I and II, together with the Bento de Jesus Caraça building. The maximum total contract value is EUR 810,164 excluding VAT, with a base value of EUR 405,082 excluding VAT for each lot. The services cover cleaning and disinfection of indoor and outdoor areas, including classrooms, offices, corridors, sanitary facilities, garages and landscaped areas.
