Renewal and application for environmental permits, 2026–2029, for wastewater treatment plants, collectors and pumping stations

Summary

The tender covers environmental-permit work for INASEP’s wastewater treatment plants, collectors and pumping stations during 2026–2029. Depending on need, the contractor will prepare and submit applications to renew existing permits that are due to expire and prepare declarations and permit applications required to build new facilities. At INASEP’s request, the work may also include preparing registers of changes and handling matters under Article 65 or appeals. The services include preparing permit files, working with INASEP’s design office and visiting wastewater treatment plants; remote work is permitted, but the contractor must attend the service location when required. The contract lasts 48 months. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids had to be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 7 October 2026. The staff assigned to the work must meet the education and experience requirements, including at least five qualifying references.
