Permanent technical team services for theatres and auditoriums for five months

Summary

The Municipality of Santarém is procuring technical services and a permanent specialist team for theatres and auditoriums from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. The work includes sound, video, lighting and stage-technology support for cultural activities at Teatro Sá da Bandeira, technical coordination, event support and preventive maintenance of equipment. Services are also required at other municipal cultural venues and for outdoor events. The team must provide a technical director and pre-production coordinator, a team leader, two sound and video technicians, and two lighting and stage-machinery technicians. The services include ten professional technical show operations, support for up to two events at the same time (one at the theatre and one outdoors), and the transport, setup and operation of two technical kits for external events. The contractor must also submit monthly activity reports and attend monthly coordination meetings. The maximum tender price is EUR 69,000 excluding VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. The tender must identify the team and technical management arrangements and provide separate prices for the regular service, the technical operations package and each of the two equipment kits.
