Storage, treatment and recycling of ordinary industrial waste

Summary

The procurement covers the storage, treatment and recycling of ordinary industrial waste for the Municipality of Tarbes in three lots: treatment of bulky waste, treatment of screening residues from street-sweeping waste, and treatment of waste from public litter bins. The waste drop-off facility must be no more than 25 km from the municipality’s technical centre at Chemin des Carrerots, Tarbes. This is a framework agreement implemented through orders at unit prices. Each lot is awarded separately, with at most one framework contractor for each lot. The planned start date is 1 December 2026 and the term is 12 months; the contract may be renewed up to three times under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit; bids from tenderers who have not done so will be declared irregular. The contract is subject to environmental performance conditions detailed in the tender documents, and invoices must be submitted electronically. The submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 12:00, and bids must remain valid for four months.
