Operation of the TRIVALFER bottom-ash maturation and processing facility

Summary

The contract covers operation of the bottom-ash maturation and processing facility at the TRIVALFER waste recovery centre in the Grand Reims area. Services are to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers and attend a mandatory site visit; offers must be submitted electronically in French by 7 October 2026 at 17:00. A base offer is compulsory. One alternative offer may also be submitted, aimed at reducing non-recoverable waste. Offers will be assessed on technical quality (50 points), environmental performance (5 points) and price (45 points). Bidders must demonstrate their economic and financial standing and technical and professional capacity by providing turnover information for the last three years, appropriate financial or insurance evidence, and key references from the last three years.
