Summary

Canet de Mar is procuring a four-year SaaS human-resources and attendance-management system, including implementation, migration of existing data, software maintenance and user support. The platform will cover payroll, personnel records, staffing plans and job structures, contracts and appointments, employee self-service, time recording, social benefits and budget monitoring, and will integrate with the municipality’s accounting and administrative systems. The contract also includes five attendance terminals and is sized for three HR administrators and approximately 220 employees. The procurement is not divided into lots.
