Design and works supervision for covered padel courts in Luanco

Summary

The contract covers services required for the construction of two covered padel courts in Luanco, in the municipality of Gozón: preparation of the basic and detailed designs, a basic health and safety study, safety coordination during design, works supervision and safety coordination during construction. The work also includes a topographical survey of approximately 6,500 m², a geotechnical study, design and budgeting of necessary landscaping and site works, planning access for construction machinery, design of utility systems and their required legalisation documentation, a lighting study, a quality-control plan and, if feasible, a covered storage space of approximately 16 m². The roof must extend to provide rain shelter at the entrance to the existing sports facility. The estimated contract value is EUR 19,800 excluding VAT; the total tender budget including VAT is EUR 23,958. The basic design is due within three weeks of contract signature, and the detailed design and health and safety study within three weeks of approval of the basic design. Offers will be scored on the technical memorandum (40 points), price (40 points) and the bidder’s previous experience preparing projects for covered padel courts (20 points); each such project earns 4 points. Participation requires meeting the turnover, experience, registration and team requirements. Offers must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice.
