Technical coordination, executive production and technical management services for Animac, the International Animation Film Festival of Catalonia

Summary

Lleida City Council is procuring an integrated service to coordinate and manage the technical production of Animac, the International Animation Film Festival of Catalonia. The work includes managing digital film files and screening materials, supporting film selection and rights clearances, coordinating screenings, subtitles, venues and audiovisual equipment, and producing festival graphics, communications materials and online sessions. It also covers technical support for conferences and related activities and maintenance of the festival’s mobile application. The contract is not divided into lots; its initial term is 10 months, with two possible 12-month extensions. The maximum initial budget is €17,000 excluding VAT (€20,570 including VAT).
