Management and maintenance services for i2CAT’s digital platforms and infrastructure

Summary

The i2CAT Foundation is procuring an integrated, three-level support and management service for its digital platforms and infrastructure. The work covers networks, servers, private and public cloud, authentication and security systems, corporate software and websites, user support, and research, high-performance computing and AI services. The single, one-year contract includes fixed services and specific support call-off pools of up to 1,800 hours in total; expected support demand is about 1,300 tickets per year. The infrastructure includes five points of presence and approximately 80 km of operated dark fibre.
