Postal services for Oława City Hall

Summary

The Municipality of Oława is procuring domestic and international postal services for its City Hall from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. The service covers acceptance, sorting, transport and delivery of letters, parcels and courier items, including registered and ordinary, economy and priority mail, delivery and electronic receipt confirmations, and the return of undeliverable items. The contractor will also collect outgoing mail from the City Hall; estimated quantities are set out in the pricing schedule and may vary with the municipality’s needs. The procurement is not divided into lots.
