Compliance requirements
The bidder must declare whether it, or a person in its management, supervisory or representative bodies, has a final conviction within the previous five years, or remains subject to an exclusion period, for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or human trafficking. Exclusion may also apply where the bidder has unpaid taxes or social security contributions, has enabled the unlawful employment of a foreign national, or entering into the contract would breach international or national sanctions.
