Purchase of furniture for the community-based supported housing building of Põltsamaa municipality

The bidder must confirm that neither the company nor its representatives, management, supervisory body members or persons authorised to represent or control it have been finally convicted within the last five years, or remain subject to an exclusion period, for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, or the use of child labour and other forms of human trafficking. The bidder must not have outstanding tax or social security payment obligations. The bidder must also confirm that it has not enabled an unlawfully staying foreign national to work or breached the applicable employment conditions, and that entering into the contract would not violate an international or Estonian sanction. Where relevant and legally permitted, the bidder may provide information about measures taken to restore its reliability. The bidder must be able to provide evidence concerning tax and social security payments or information enabling the contracting authority to obtain it from a free official database.

The bidder must have completed at least two sales contracts for furnishing, consisting of furniture together with installation, during the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement. The combined value of these contracts must be at least EUR 40,000. The bidder must submit a list of the contracts in the European Single Procurement Document, including the contract value, signing dates, information about the other contracting parties, and the name and contact details of the customer's representative, including telephone number and email address. For public procurement contracts, the relevant reference numbers must also be provided. The tender must comply with all requirements in the procurement documents. Conditional tenders are not permitted. Where the tender uses equivalent products, standards or evidence, the bidder must explain the equivalence and submit the necessary proof.
