Purchase of Electrical Engineering Laboratory Equipment
Summary
Tallinn University of Applied Sciences is purchasing electrical engineering laboratory equipment. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must also complete the technical compliance table for the proposed laboratory equipment and submit the price using the structure in the provided pricing table. The bid must comply with the tender documents and may not be conditional. Where an equivalent product or solution is offered, explain the equivalence and provide supporting evidence. For a joint bid, submit a power of attorney authorising one of the joint bidders to act on behalf of the group. The bidder must identify any claimed trade secrets and explain why the information qualifies, or state that the bid contains no trade secrets. The bidder must confirm that the goods offered are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions.
