Summary

Three 16 MVA power transformers with 110/33/10 kV ratings are being procured. Bidders must comply with IEC 60076 and IEC 60038 standards; 126 kV test protocols are acceptable, provided the maximum voltage rating is 123 kV. 330 kV tests are not suitable, and GOST standards do not apply in Lithuania.
