Maintenance of technical installations in municipal buildings and reception locations

Summary

The Municipality of Hardenberg is procuring maintenance of technical installations under two lots: installations in municipal buildings and installations at municipal reception locations. The scope includes scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, corrective and breakdown repairs, replacement of wear parts and related advice; the reception-location lot covers electrical and mechanical systems, heating and cooling, water supply and drainage. Each framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027 for two years, with up to six optional one-year extensions. The estimated values, including extensions and indexation, are €750,000 for Lot 1 and €600,000 for Lot 2; the respective maximum values are €950,000 and €750,000, excluding VAT.
