Management and maintenance of the cogeneration plant

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated management and maintenance of Delft University of Technology’s cogeneration plant and associated installations in Delft. The scope includes preventive, corrective and planned maintenance, inspections, breakdown handling with an available service, maintenance planning, reporting, technical advice, safety and reliability monitoring, and variable maintenance such as overhauls, replacements and modifications. The initial contract term is four years, with two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum term of eight years; the implementation phase may last up to 12 months and is included in the term. The estimated value for the maximum term is approximately EUR 12,000,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum contract value of EUR 18,000,000 excluding VAT. This is a restricted procedure: up to five candidates will be invited to the award phase. Participation requests must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 7 October 2026 at 10:00. The award phase is provisionally weighted 60% for quality and 40% for price.
