WMO services in Krimpen aan den IJssel 2027

Summary

The municipality of Krimpen aan den IJssel is establishing contracts for local WMO services from 1 January 2027, planned to run through 31 December 2029. The services include individual and group support, financial guidance, assistance with self-care, short-term stays, transport linked to group support, and domestic help. Applications close on 7 October 2026 at 23:59. This is an Open House admission procedure. Every provider that meets the exclusion, suitability and service requirements and accepts the municipality’s fixed tariffs may receive a framework agreement. Providers do not submit their own prices and there is no competitive award based on scoring. A provider should select the products it can deliver in the application form, demonstrate relevant WMO experience, provide the required financial and registration evidence, and be ready to meet staffing, language, VOG, quality, continuity, reporting, invoicing and cooperation requirements. The application must also account for the 5% social return obligation and the municipality’s operational rules for care authorizations, service start and stop notifications, and monthly declarations.
