Maintenance of Play and Recreation Equipment in Public Areas of Częstochowa in 2026–2027

Summary

The contract covers comprehensive maintenance of playgrounds, outdoor gyms, fitness trails, sports courts, skate parks and other recreational areas located in Częstochowa’s municipal green spaces and other public areas. The work includes inspections, maintenance, repairs and safety measures, as well as upkeep of information boards, fences and surfacing, and, where necessary, complete replacement of worn or damaged play equipment. The service period is 13 months from the date the contract is signed; bids may not be submitted for separate lots. The bidder must hold business-related liability insurance with coverage of at least PLN 500,000 and must have completed at least one contract during the preceding three years for inspecting and repairing playground equipment, outdoor gym equipment or small-architecture elements, with a gross value of at least PLN 100,000. The bid must include the required forms and a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply and that the participation requirements are met. Staff carrying out repairs and replacements, as well as contract coordinators, must be employed under employment contracts. A staff list must be provided within 10 days after signing the contract and updated within 3 days of any change. No bid security is required; performance security is 5% of the gross contract price. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.
