Torque measurement system

Summary

Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg is procuring a high-precision torque measurement system for a research facility, including the equipment and services specified in the technical specification. Bidders must submit a fully priced offer covering the specified scope and an indicative price for the optional item; the optional item’s price is not included in the price scoring. Technical drawings of the shaft-connection components must accompany the offer so the university can check whether they can be installed. Offers are assessed on technical criteria, weighted at 70%, and price, weighted at 30% of the overall score. Technical criteria include fit and installation, rated torque of at least 0.5 Nm, accuracy, resolution, repeatability, breaking torque, sampling rate, environmental resistance, trigger-signal recording and documentation. Offers with a gross total price above EUR 10,000 are rejected. Delivery should be as soon as possible; delivery by the end of 2026 is desirable. Offers must be submitted in German through the Brandenburg procurement portal’s bidder tool by 7 October 2026 at 12:00. The signed agreement on Brandenburg’s minimum requirements is mandatory; alternative offers are not permitted.
