Youth Care 2026 – CJG Capelle and Municipality of Krimpen aan den IJssel

Summary

This is an Open House admission procedure for local youth care services delivered in Capelle aan den IJssel and Krimpen aan den IJssel. The service period is planned from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with electronic applications due by 7 October 2026 at 23:59. Regional and more intensive youth care purchased through the regional arrangement is outside the scope. Providers may register for selected municipalities and products, including day treatment, day activities, transport, basic and specialist mental health care, individual guidance and treatment, family treatment, personal care, short-term stay and medication monitoring. The application can be limited to one product, including product 41G19, intensive day treatment. Prices are predetermined, so no separate price offer is required and the price-related technical criterion does not need to be completed. Participation requires the European Single Procurement Document, proof of registration in the relevant business register, and compliance with the qualification, service, professional and documentation requirements in the tender documents. Qualification criterion G4 requires demonstrable experience with the youth-care products selected, involving at least 5 clients per year, supported by a referee satisfaction statement. References must concern the previous three years or an ongoing assignment with at least one complete year of service. The provider must also be able to meet service-specific staffing and education requirements, ensure accessible service locations, cooperate in warm transfers, report permanent changes in support needs and follow the applicable incident-reporting procedure.
