Hiring operational staff for Maastricht Urban Management up to salary scale 8

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of operational staff for the Municipality of Maastricht’s Urban Management department under a framework agreement with up to four successful suppliers. The roles may include drivers, recycling-centre workers, cleaning workers, loaders, control-room staff, gardeners, supervisors, green-space operatives, visual-quality inspectors, litter workers, back-office staff and cemetery administration staff. The list is not exhaustive. The estimated contract value is EUR 16,000,000, with a planned term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and up to two one-year extensions. The municipality gives no exclusive right to supply and no guaranteed volume, turnover or compensation where it uses candidates obtained through other lawful employment, participation, reintegration, development or work-study routes.
