Strategic advice and management of tender procedures for urban development projects

Summary

The tender concerns a restricted procedure for a specialized consultancy to provide strategic advice and hands-on support for urban development and land-sale tender procedures in Bergen op Zoom, primarily for the Waterfront, Westersingel and Plein 13 projects. The work includes development strategies, tender documents, tender management, contract documentation, financial feasibility and land-exploitation reviews, with an optional role in housing subsidy applications. A framework agreement will be concluded with one provider for an initial two years, with up to four one-year extensions, for a maximum term of six years and a maximum value of EUR 630,000 excluding VAT.
