PZH access control systems

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and implementation of access control systems for the contracting authority’s properties. The aim is to prevent unauthorised access, manage access authorisations transparently and replace fragmented, labour-intensive key and access management with an intuitive system. One supplier will be selected for a framework agreement with an estimated value of EUR 12,000,000. The planned initial term is 6 years, with two possible 2-year extensions. Participation requests are due by 7 October 2026. This is a restricted procedure, with up to 5 candidates expected to be selected for the tender stage.
