Organization and Facilitation of the Third Palliative Care Roundtable Cycle

Summary

Latvia’s Ministry of Welfare is procuring the organization and facilitation of a third cycle of palliative-care roundtables in five Latvian regions. The contract covers five in-person events, each lasting up to eight hours and attended by 12–20 participants, including programme development, facilitation, venues, equipment, catering, participant coordination and reporting. The discussions will identify needs and practical solutions for respite care at home and in institutions, and short-term institutional social care, tailored to palliative-care patients. The delivery period is four months, and the estimated contract value is up to EUR 15,289.26 excluding VAT.
