Summary

The procurement is for maintenance and cleaning of the 12,531 m² grounds adjoining the Jēkabpils Technology College teaching building and dormitory, for 12 months. Work is carried out Monday to Saturday and includes daily or as-needed cleaning, collecting leaves and branches, emptying bins and replacing bags, mowing and removing grass, transporting dirt and sweepings, and winter services such as snow clearance, cleaning pavements and spreading sand or other anti-slip material during icy conditions. The contractor must provide its own tools, materials, equipment and staff. Bidders must have suitable equipment, qualified and experienced staff, and relevant grounds-maintenance experience covering at least 10,025 m². A site visit is mandatory before submitting an offer, and the signed inspection sheet must be included. Offers must be submitted electronically through EIS by 10:00 on 19 October 2026 and include a technical offer and a financial offer covering all costs. Price is the sole award criterion; the lowest-priced compliant offer will be selected. No bid security is required.
