Purchase of a Minibus

Summary

The procurement is for the purchase of one minibus. Bidders must offer the full scope in a single bid variant; the estimated total price must not exceed EUR 41,999 excluding VAT. The vehicle must be delivered by 18 December 2026 to Brīvības bulvāris 36, Riga. The minimum warranty is 60 months from delivery. The bid must include the required technical and financial offers, vehicle technical information, warranty details, and material showing the vehicle’s exterior and interior. It must also include a lifetime operating-cost calculation based on 200,000 km, using WLTP fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions cost data. The evaluation assigns 90 points to price and 10 points to lifetime operating costs. The bidder must be properly registered, have average net turnover of at least EUR 40,000 over its three most recently completed financial years, and demonstrate experience delivering at least one new internal-combustion vehicle from 2023 up to the bid submission date. The bid must be submitted electronically through EIS, in Latvian and signed by an authorised representative.
