Supply of computer equipment

Summary

The tender is for 20 new, unused Apple Mac mini computer sets for the Riga Arts and Media Technical School, each with a keyboard and mouse. The required configuration is an M6 chip with a 12-core CPU and 12-core GPU, 24 GB unified memory and a 512 GB SSD; each set must include a Magic Keyboard (INT or US) and a Magic Mouse. Equivalent products may be offered. The equipment must have a warranty of at least 12 months and must be delivered to Riga by 15 December 2026. The bidder must submit the required participation application, technical offer and financial offer, and provide authorisation from the manufacturer or its representative in Latvia confirming the right to sell the equipment and provide warranty service in Latvia. A foreign-registered company must provide a business registration certificate or equivalent document. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 12:00 on 19 October 2026 and remain valid for 60 days. Compliant offers will be evaluated on the lowest total price excluding VAT.
