Maintenance and repair of engineering systems at Liepāja Concert Hall

Summary

The procurement covers regular maintenance, repairs, emergency response and recommendations for improving the building engineering systems at the Liepāja Concert Hall “Lielais Dzintars”. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers ventilation, humidification, cooling, heating, water supply and sewerage systems; Lot 2 covers chillers and the cooling substation. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, but only one offer variant is permitted for each lot. The contract runs for 24 months or until the relevant lot’s contract amount is used: EUR 15,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 3,500 excluding VAT for Lot 2. It may be extended until the amount is used, but the total contract term may not exceed 36 months. Invoices are settled monthly within 30 days. Repairs and materials must carry a warranty of at least two years. Offers must be submitted electronically in Latvian by 10:00 on 19 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion.
