The procurement covers a scheduling, management and coordination (OPC) service for the energy renovation and restructuring of Building 13 at Raymond Naves High School in Toulouse. The building is approximately 5,300 m², and the associated works are estimated at €5.3 million excluding VAT and provisionally divided into 13 separate lots. The works include replacement of exterior windows, installation of balanced mechanical ventilation, external insulation and functional restructuring; an optional phase covers geothermal boreholes and related heating-system works.
