Planning the Wi-Fi network renewal at Seeon Monastery
Summary
The procurement is for design services to renew the Wi-Fi network at Seeon Monastery. The designer must assess the existing network infrastructure and develop future-ready options, including on-premises and cloud-based alternatives where available. The work also includes preparing a reliable cost estimate for the subsequent procurement, answering technical bidder questions and technically evaluating the bids received. The procedure has two stages: participation applications are assessed first, and selected applicants are then invited to submit a bid with an evaluation concept and take part in negotiations. Applications and bids must be submitted electronically. The contract is not divided into lots, and variant bids or multiple main bids are not permitted. Price and quality each account for 50% of the award assessment. The concept can score up to 3,000 points, with a minimum of 1,500 required. The participation selection matrix awards up to 420 points, with a minimum of 210 required. The notice states a bid submission deadline of 7 October 2026 at 10:00.
