Technical inspection and occupational health and safety coordination services

Summary

The tender covers services for Vallée Sud Habitat’s property portfolio in two lots: technical inspection in Lot 1 and coordination of occupational health, safety and health protection during the design and/or construction phases in Lot 2. The services relate, among other things, to construction, rehabilitation, demolition, extensions, maintenance, major repairs, compliance work and structural diagnostics. Services will be ordered as needed through subsequent contracts under a framework agreement, with one contractor appointed for each lot. The contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed three times for the same duration, but its total term may not exceed four years. Offers must be submitted electronically by 7 October 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation assigns 60 points to technical quality and 40 points to economic value. The technical offer must use the technical memorandum template supplied in the tender documents; failure to do so may result in the offer being deemed non-compliant and not assessed.
