Urban Planning and Architectural Advisory Services for Bedia

Summary

The contract is for urban-planning and architectural advisory services for the Municipality of Bedia. The work includes, among other tasks, preparing technical assessments for building and planning permits, monitoring buildings and municipal works, advising the municipality, and attending the municipal offices at least once a week. The contract runs for two years and may be expressly extended by mutual agreement for up to a further two years. The annual bid ceiling is EUR 21,841.95 excluding VAT; including 21% VAT, the annual total is EUR 26,428.76. Bids above the ceiling will be rejected. Offers are scored out of 100 points: price up to 40; experience, additional hours, and language and training evidence together up to 40; and the proposed technical approach up to 20. Bids must receive at least 10 points for the technical approach and must not receive zero for any assessed aspect, or they will be excluded. Participation requires the specified registration or proof of a timely registration application, an assigned architect, evidence of at least level 3 Basque proficiency, and the required declarations and bid documents.
