Saint Nicholas House

Alicante City Council is procuring the installation and operation of a decorated, removable wooden Saint Nicholas House for five annual December seasons, with no lots. The house must measure at least 5 × 10 metres and be accompanied by a coordinator, two elves and one Saint Nicholas performer to welcome visitors and manage queues. The scope also includes setup, maintenance and cleaning, electricity, dismantling and restoration of the site; the house must be open to the public for at least 225 hours per season.
