Summary

Riga Stradins University is seeking the rental of premises and sports facilities for its needs, from contract signature until 31 May 2027 or until the contract ceiling of EUR 43,942.15 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids must cover the full scope. The facilities comprise a sports-games hall of at least 1,560 m² with a ceiling height of at least 11 m for training at specified times on weekdays and for games by prior arrangement; a swimming pool at least 25 m long for weekday and weekend visits; a permanent changing room with a shower and toilet; a conference room for at least 10 people; and a strength-training room with at least 7 machines. The offer must price all uses and time periods listed in the technical specification, including swimming and gym visits and a monthly gym pass. Bidders must submit a technical offer stating whether each requirement can be met and a financial offer covering every listed item. Prices must include all service costs, be stated in euros excluding VAT and be given to two decimal places. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant bid. The bidder must be properly registered, the signatory must be authorised, and the required application and independent-bid declaration must be submitted.
