Monthly access to varied sports activities for NFOŚiGW staff and their accompanying persons
Summary
The tender is for a monthly sports package giving staff of the NFOŚiGW office, retired former employees, accompanying persons, children, and young people aged 15–26 access to a range of sports activities throughout Poland. The adult package must include at least a gym, swimming pool, and fitness activities. The swimming package for children up to and including age 15 must include at least swimming, while the extended package must include at least swimming, dance, and martial arts. The provider must also make newly available sports activities accessible during the contract. Users may be identified only by name and an identity document; the provider bears the cost of issuing and delivering any cards or other identifiers. The estimated number of users for the first billing period is 370 employees or pensioners, 140 accompanying persons, 38 children with the swimming package, 8 children with the extended package, and 88 young people. Actual numbers may change from one billing period to another. Employees must be able to register at least 4 children, 2 accompanying persons, and 4 young people. The service starts on the first day of the month following contract signature, but not before 1 November 2026, and runs for up to 12 months or until the budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first. If the budget remains unused, the contract may be extended by up to two months. The contract ceiling is PLN 905,400, and the contracting authority undertakes to use at least 70% of that amount. The offer must state monthly prices for each user category and the number of sports venues offered in Warsaw and the Mazowieckie region. Evaluation allocates 60 points to price and 40 points to technical potential; the technical-potential assessment considers the numbers of venues offered in Warsaw and the Mazowieckie region. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish and properly signed. There are no financial, economic, or previous-experience qualification requirements. During contract performance, the person responsible for coordination, user support, complaints and requests, and arranging cards or identifiers must be employed under an employment contract by the contractor or a subcontractor.
